Privacy Notice
This restaurant (the data fiduciary) uses Sprint Serve to take your order. Sprint Serve processes your data only on the restaurant's behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.
What we collect
Your phone number and/or email (to sign you in and send order updates), your name or nickname, your order and — for delivery — your delivery address, building details, delivery instructions and destination coordinates when you provide them. For dine-in, your device location is used once to confirm you are at the restaurant. We never collect your card number, CVV, or bank credentials.
Why we use it
To authenticate you, take and prepare your order, bill you, send order/pickup notifications, generate a GST-compliant receipt, prevent fraud, and meet the restaurant's legal obligations. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers in this app.
Optional Google Maps
Delivery address search and the map load only when you choose to open them. Google receives your map searches and the location displayed on the map. Device geolocation is requested once with your permission; we do not monitor your journey or a rider's location. Google-supplied coordinates are temporary and cleared after 28 days by the daily cleanup. You can use manual address entry instead. Google Maps is governed by Google Maps terms and Google's privacy policy.
Where it is stored
Order and account data are hosted in Singapore; images and content are served from an Asia-Pacific region over encrypted connections. Some processing (email, SMS, error monitoring) occurs via vetted providers, including outside India. No transfer is made to a country restricted by the Government of India.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for your order, except invoices and financial records, which are retained for the period required by tax law. Anonymous walk-in guest records are deleted automatically once idle.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and raise a grievance about how it is handled. Because the restaurant is the data fiduciary, some requests are actioned by the restaurant with Sprint Serve's assistance.
